ReplyDeleteMy Zoosk account was hacked. The scammer sent over 70 scam emails to Zoosk members. I did my part and changed my password, sent Zoosk customer service an email informing them of the breach and called Customer Service. As a result, they decided to DELETE my profile and suggested I rejoin and create a new profile. I objected since I now lost all my contacts and people I've been communicating with and requested a full refund. At first they refused since it wasn't their policy. I explained I did NOT violate their policy but that they decided to delete it even though I already protected my account by creating a more secure password. After insisting to speak with a supervisor, they finally agreed to a partial refund. I insisted on a full refund since they chose to delete my profile and contacts even though I already successfully changed my profile. I simply wanted to inform them that their site was breached by a hacker. They did not seem to be too concerned about that but more concerned about not providing a refund. I will be contacting their Corporate Office.
ReplyDeleteI cancelled my subscription five minutes after I started. I have a phone account only. The money did not go through until five days later. It should not have gone through at all. I would like to be reimbursed, please. Thanks
