  1. Disney store in San Jose CA disabled my card that was issued for merchant credit 24-48 hours after my return due to I tried to purchase Disney tickets; which I called prior to to confirm this was something I could do.

    Once I noticed my 400.00 was gone I went to the store to get help since they continued to place me on hold and hang up in my face, I was told there was nothing they could do they then called security on me in which worked in my favor once the knew the whole situation and they suggested I call the police.

    I was told contact Claudia Perez from loss prevention and after several attempts in which after 3-4 days of no return phone call I called guest services in tears (being a single parent not able to afford the loss) Jessica assisted me and did her best to get my funds put back on the card only to find out on Monday Claudia Robles has put notes in all the systems for me to only contact her which is frustrating when she has no intentions of contacting me back.

    Still 2 weeks later I have failed to receive my funds yet since then Jessica once again very helpful got in contact with Claudia Robles directly and passed a message for me to call right away and she would speak with me LIE she did not answer until after several attempts. Once she did answer it was a scripted message telling me that she would contact me in 48 hours (2 weeks later no call) and threatened that if I contacted the police to report funds stolen I would have to wait even longer.

    Claudia Robles being in loss prevention stated she is the only point of contact did not explain how I could be sent to loss prevention when the Legos are not sold in store but online only and has yet to return merchandise or my merchant credit.

    I feel as though I have been robbed and I have nobody to help me, defense less, this is not fair its not right and Disney should be help accountable for their actions because from the legal aspect of things Disney has stolen from a customer and has no intentions on returning my money nor explaining why you may feel you have to right to do so and being in fear of calling the police to help me because of what Claudia and Jessica explained I am defense less I am backed in this corner with nobody to help me going on two weeks so ANYBODY THAT MAY HAVE A WAY FOR ME TO CONTACT SOMEONE OR SUGGEST THAT I CALL THE POLICE DEPARTMENT OR IF THERE ARE ANY LAWYERS THAT COME ACCROSS THIS POST PLEASE FEEL FREE TO COMMENT

  3. The Disney Store in Temecula are rude and when speaking to supervisor Amy there who she says she ruins the entire store was not helpful at all. She was making excuses for their error instead of owning up to it. Did not provide good customer service and I hope someone from corporate will do something about it.

I was visiting Seville Tennessee and went shopping at the disney store at tanger outlet and purchased some items for my grandson for Easter I was checking out and was ready to pay and the lady at the check out said I had to buy a bags for my purchase I don't understand why I had to buy a bag when I purchased merchandise from your store she told me that disney no longer has bags I was upset and left my merchandise there you just lost a good customer .
