  1. On 11/11/16 My family & I visited North Park Mall in Dallas, Tx. This is a favorite past time for us. While there I shopped @ the See's Candie Kiosk for Holiday Gift(s) my normal ritual, but I was sold the wrong item(s), and over charged by (older White or Hispanic Female wearing glasses walked with a limp." I have dealt with her in the past she has made "racial comments"to my Husband & I in the past, that made us both feel very uncomfortable & angry! I spent well over $155.00 plus tax nearly every visit! She runs her mouth very sarcastic & rude! I didn't open my bag until I left the mall, and was in the parking garage that's when I reached inside to show off my new purchases to other friends & family I notice these were not the items I picked out & paid for!" I had to walk back to Mall, and up the Escalater to 2nd level, then walk back to See's Candy! She was closing the doors while making eye contact I complained to her she let me stand outside the glass a while as she looked sarcastically at me with a smirk on her face! She reluctantly fixed her huge mistake! While denying her fault! I need to speak to her boss!

  3. Very FALSE information and a rip off! You stated on your website that people that were fundraising would get 40% of all proceeds that were brought in and sold. Now, you guys are saying that was a miss print. You only get 20%. Way to rip of a Group just trying to send its kids to camp.

  4. While shopping at my local See's today, I observed that they are out of Irish Potatoes. I spoke with an employee who says they're shipments are minimal and disappear quickly. As I have noticed this with other holidays, I can't help but wonder why See's under ships? Why don't they send larger quantities and discount any extras the day after the holiday?

  5. I went in on valentines day to a see's candy in my area. They open at 10 am and by 11 am supposedly they were sold out of sugar free candy..ALL Of it..by 11am on valentines day. The only thing we were able to buy were two candy bars and thats it. I called and a lady named Johnnie Wood s apologized up and down and said well maybe they sold out. I said in an HOUR? She said well maybe....and she said let me make this up to you let me send you some stuff to compensate you. Well my mom and I decided to go in again in August. We assumed that since it was not a holiday they MIGHT have sugar free. We walked in we were the only ones there, then two females walked in, a lady came out of the back and instead of asking "ok who is first" she asked the two who came in after us "would you like samples how can I help you" I was like HEY wait a minute WE were first..but I didnt say anything. When the two girls said we are looking the lady FINALLY looked at us and said "can I get you a sample?" I said OOH NOW you are asking the people who came in FIRST?! Then an elderly lady who came in and was looking at chocolates had the nerve to say "well you can go before me" I looked at her and said we were HERE before you!. So then my mom asked "do you have any boxes of milk chocolate sugar free bars?" and the lady said all we have is up here on the counter, SO they did not have any packs of bars yet again, So we went to leave and I said ya know what...you should always ask WHO is first and not just help the people you see at the counter Ill be calling corporate. She said 'well I didnt see you guys where you were standing" I said NO you just saw the two at the counter who just want samples instead of real customers who wanted to buy something" She said Ill get my manager for you if you want I said yeah do it. SO the manager came out. Did not say anything..stood there with her mouth gaping open. I said to her and the employee you should REALLY learn what customer service IS and not just wait on those you assume are going to buy something because they are at the glass and I know for a fact these girls just want samples because thats all they ever get. The manager still said nothing but the two girls got sarcastic with me and so did the employee so I told them to shut up. SO then I was heading out and the manager told me "do not come back to this store". I said wouldnt DREAM of it you never have STOCK and I threw the little chocolate piece over my shoulder and onto the floor and walked out. Then I got a RUDE letter from JOHNNIE WOODS claiming I was RUDE and used abusive behavior towards the employee and customer..which I did not. SO DO NOT GO INTO THE STORE AT PARKWAY PLAZA AT FLETCHER PARKWAY IN EL CAJON..POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

  6. For the past 3 years I have ordered your Xmas holiday chocolate for 12 or more of my clients. This 2020 yr, I used my saved mailing list and ordered 12 more gifts. Unfortunately, I made a mistake somewhere in this difficult process and ordered the 1st client 12 boxes. All others were to be sent one box. I immediately tried to correct it -- no way-- and contact See's by phone. I spent 4 hours on hold separate calls to be disconnected. I tried 2 site help messages with no response, I left 2 call back requests with no response. WARNING WARNING -- SEE'S CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS A USELESS WASTE OF TIME. They are really slipping and will lose business. I will cancel the charge once it clears and will NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

  7. I ordered my candy from See's Candy Nov. 29. Today is Dec. 16.
    I have called the last four days . Customer service is horrible. Everyday they tell me I am going to get it the next day. Not true
    No response from the emails I sent.

    1. I have had it with See's . Ordered Candy Nov.29 . Today is Dec.17. Customer service has no idea what is going on with the order and they could care less. Everyday I am on hold for an hour and they have told me everyday I am getting it tomorrow. NOT TRUE I called the carrier and they said it was still in Orange CA. I live in ILL. See`s could of fixed the problem but they could care less . They destroyed my Christmas. I even called corporate office and they did nothing.

  8. The last 2 entries were mine . My order no.14576723 tracking no. C11988901684988. Does anyone follow up in corporate. I am a senior citizen and the See's Candy was the only gift I had to give for Christmas. My order was cancelled today due to even though I ordered on Nov29 I was told you can't get my candy to me before Christmas.
    See's destroyed my Christmas.

  9. I will no longer give business to this company. I am fully vaccinated and willing to provide proof thereof. And yet the very rude clerk demanded I wear a mask.
    Sees candy should FOLLOW THE SCIENCE!
    In accordance with the CDC people vaccinated are immune.
    Yes, this candy shop can be anti-science and require masks.
    But as a customer I can exercise my right to take my business elsewhere and tell everyone to do the same!
