I just quite your company in carrollton ga plant because of sexual harassment and i was basically told that because i wasnt black i couldnt move to first shift plus you have second shift super visors that go out in back parking lot and have sex with females that work there and smoke dope back there also then have super visors and leads inside that if you tell them no you wont date them or let them touch you then after that you get in trouble even when you do nothing wrong then you have ones who go on bathroom breaks for an hour and dont get in trouble there are so many people quiting on second shift and going to other plants they even told this one girl she had 14 days to have a paper filled out by her obgyn or she was fired for her being pregnet so from me personally i wouldnt advise anyone to go to work there
ReplyDeleteI have been working for pilgrim's since 2012 but i had some family issues i left a couple time come back a 3rd time but i had a death in my family i left with my supervisor authorization but there is a supervisor name Loni in HR had a personel problem with when she was a receptionist in front desk before she was a supervisor won't let me come back after the funeral of my family i stil have my paper work from the funeral home she won't let me come back.she been using her power as a revenge against me since she become the HR supervisor.now pilgrims is hired people for the 4th time and she already plan not to hired me back my file is clear with no complaints against me since i had been working for pilgrim's i never had any problems in there until she became the HR supervisor.i do more for this company than Loni i respect her position but at the same time she can't use her position to do revenge to discriminate me.i sakrifice myself driving back and forward to Florida to bring people to work for this company. She can ask all the supervisor in there most of them knows me very well. I am a live hanger and i also was the lead line.
ReplyDeleteI never have a supervisor discriminate me in pilgrim's pride but now Loni got promoted to HR supervisor she's using her power to discriminate people. I am one them she have no reason for me not to rehired and she can't put anything wrong in my files record i have never do anything wrong or never been in trouble with any supervisor. Loni is the only person that have a personel problem with me about an application i ask her when she was a receptionist in front desk she didn't give it to me i went to top supervisor ask for it for the people i had bring from Florida to work. She was mad after and now she's the HR supervisor she's taking revenge
