ReplyDeleteI shopped once at 30th and thomas here in Phoenix. I talked to the poor slave girl waiting on me at the register who told me if they worked one minute over they did not get paid for it. It became obvious that the people were not happy working there and the management was abusive to their employees. I recommend that you check out how they operate before you support such a corporate culture. I will never go back again. You are not getting my money.

Very upset just went to the store located on Saviers in oxnard. We are a family of 14 plus and we would buy all of our birthday party cakes there.But do to no service today we will no longer shop they as a family.I ask the manager that I would like a 3 Mike cake and would not help me get one. Because the person was out to lunch from the bakery.

Second I worked for your company my name is Ulises I live at santa Ana Carolina, there are 3 stores, #23 #6 #42, I did worked for #23 and #6, I was a baker level 3, I worked so hard and I never asked for anything I didn't deserved. Manny Viramontes is the manager from store # 23 and he treats his employees as a shit. My bad for using this kind of language but there is not other word I can use to describe him, same with his boss, Rudi Hernandez, they only ignore people and they only thank you when they want to. They promise positions because they want more of you but when you ask for that "position" they said they never said anything about any position. So my question is, why? Why are you guys keeping this kind of management ? Why Latinos versus Latinos? Nobody is better because their position, each person deserve to get what they deserve and what they work for. Thank you for read all this.

ReplyDeleteThey people there were rude try to force me to wear a mask or to leave which i had worn once since the pandemic has started. Called and talked to the Community relations manager was very rude to me and said that my rights was just my opinion, never shopping there again.
