  2. Hello my name is Tina Showalter and I purchased a order through your company on 12-19-2016 as a Christmas gift with 2 day shipping and it made it all the way to seattle, wa. And vanished. Ups started a investigation over a week ago upon learning about this I started a chat session with a employee whom told me he was sending me another order over night shipping but couldn't guarantee it would arrive by 12-25 which was very disappointing! But I thought I was ok and would recieve my order. 3 days later I contacted lids again as nothing was being shipped no other order was placed. I was told it should be to me no later then 12-27 and she saw this on her side at lids. 2 days go by no order placed still so I contacted lids and was told no I will not be getting a replacement order until ups investagation is finished 2 weeks from now. Ups said they do not foresee this being found and told lids this to and that they will refund lids so they do not understand why your company is denying my order getting resent. I asked lids no answer and I asked to speak to corporate they told me no that they do not know how to reach you. I have lost out on a gift I'm paying for a order never recieved and won't and your company is not working with me at all for some strange reason. This is the worst customer service I've ever had. I am just really shocked as I've always had great experiences with your stores and was why I ordered online from you. I am really disappointed and will not be returning to shop with lids again or renewing my membership after this treatment. Thank you hope someone actually reads this message as I also tried emailing without success.

  3. These people lied at the point of sell, signing me up for a premium account and not telling me there was 2 levels. He also said my sale that day would get me $10 of next purchase. Then I proceeded to get emails asking me to register my act which I already did. Just called customer service they said they can remove me from mailing list but the only way to get notified of the coupon was through email. Then, she checked my points and said I only have half the amount for the coupon. Asked for supervisor Chelsea x4758 said she would have to start a complaint at store level and have district manager get involved. For a $5 dollar membership fee they are harassing people. Asked for her manager and after a hold said left for the day will call me tomorrow. Then I asked for her manager and eventually someone got on and said she would send me a 10 coupon and cancel the membership I will call corporate, the better business bureau and the mall management office since they want to be crazy. They want to play, so will I.

  4. I am very disappointed in the store. I made a person at a Nashville, TN in August as gift for a child. I was unable to return or exchange the product in my location in Mississippi. I was instructed to send the items back for a refund. This process started in September and now this is November and I have let to receive a refund near $200.00. Every time I call, I he a different response about the status. I will never shop with this store and will share my experience with others. Lisa has taken my money and my items. Stay away from this brand if you do not want to be disappointed with the store and customer service.

  5. Disappointed in your Visalia California store!.Just because I look rough around the edges doesn’t mean I am! My husband and I make a good living for ourselves and we work hard! Today 11/17/17- No one in the store (in the mall) except me & they guy working. I’m trying to get help but not getting any answers except ‘over there’ pointing and ‘whatever we have there’ pointing again! Then a lady walks in dressed really nice looking fancy and he walks up to her asks her what she is looking for shows her what she is looking for then offers to help her order the size she needs online with free shipping! So disappointed & just left. Horrible customer service! Don’t judge a book by its cover!

  6. What is going on? This company is disgusting for treating its customers that way. I still have no idea where my product is. I wonder if they believe they cant be boycotted or lose sales due to one viral post huh?

    What the hell, do you have any customer service or does someone have to start a boycott? All I want to know is where is my order? I believe its lost. I will never purchase online again. Please tell me where my sons hats are. Thank You.

  8. my last day working for lids is May 8th 2018, the manager at west towne mall in Madison wiscosnin is horrible! I was there for about 4-5 months and I was never properly trained to use the embroidery machine, never was given any online training, and I was told to open and close the store within my first week of working with one time training. the store is messy and there is always drama because the manager is like a high school student who brings all his troubles to work and he doesn't know how to talk to his associates at all.

  9. I REALLY REALLY LOVE THESE 2 Shirts.....I added to my cart and was so hurt when I found out I cannot receive them. I called customer service and the guy was rude telling me YOU SHIP TO QUEBEC but must be at Canadian wsrehouse. I am gravely ill and not sure my prognosis....I can't work now...I'm 39 yrs old and weigh 77 - 78 lbs....I was denied employment insurance and disability. I can't pay ant ant bills.....mmortgage....meds....even good....my parents in mid seventies use all have to help me....I am completely isolated and mother sacrificed last of all to get me these two shirts.....but guy told me won't ship.....please can you ship them somehow? I got a ride to lids store this evening and they never even saw these products..... please PLEASE us anyway I can get them?
