I'm a very dissatisfied customer, I've been shopping in your store's for years. I've brought numerous clothing and jackets, here lately my jackets have been coming apart at the seams. I've contacted your online cust svc dept and explained to them how I wore the jacket twice and it's falling apart. I was told since I had the jacket more than 30 days there's nothing they could do, I brought a different jacket in December and had the same problem. I love your products but if you guys don't start doing better by your customers, I'm going to take my business somewhere else.

ReplyDeleteI am very disappointed of the roller coaster ride that my son and my nephew has had to go through because of their disabilities if anyone had taking the time out to do research the courses that they're taking are not offered at a trade school nor a community college anywhere not every staff member is not a bad apple full sail has a lot to offer any person that wants to learn but to take them through hell is very disappointing my son and I received the email he didn't understand and when I read it it was very conflicting so I called the school one of the staff members read the email she was very confused it was very conflicting to her I have requested a manager or supervisor to call me this is day 2 no one has not returned the call if you stop focusing on the money and focusing on the potential that the students have and stop downgrading them on their disabilities you would be a top-notch no one can touch School what you have in place to help those as y'all say with disabilities is a crock as I have told both young men do not let anything and anyone Define your disability you can do anything that you set your mind to these two young these two young man's a very talented young man's 1 have already started designing or gain and has already started putting down on paper a movie for the game I'm just very disappointed as a mother and an aunt with some of the things that I have unfolded from Full Sail University
