  1. My name is Joey Velasquez.
Today (9/11/16 @ approx 7:14pm) I called your oracle and limberlost location in Tucson, AZ to place an order for pick up. I had my nephew with me and I wanted him to learn how to place a pizza order.
Unfortunately, it was the worst experience I have ever had placing an order via phone due to the unprofessionalism demonstrated by your employee that answered.
    1. He said the introduction so fast, I couldn't hear him clearly. So I asked, "is this the location by the Tucson mall?" He sighed and replied "yeah" with a very annoyed type of tone.
    2. I tried to lighten the mood because I had him on speaker and didn't want my nephew to feel uncomfortable with this experience. That didn't work. So he asked me what he can get me.
I say, "a large pepperoni pizza." Then after hearing him sigh a bit more and like he hated me or his job, I decided to cancel it so I can pass the phone to my little nephew so he can place the order instead. I figured maybe if he hears the voice of a child, he would lighten up and remember his customer service training (if he ever had any).
    3. Before I can even finish my sentence, the unprofessional employee then hangs up on me.
    4. I called back. The same guy answered the phone. I then asked to speak to a manager. This guy then became super defensive and asked me repeatedly, "why?", "in regards of...?", "in regards of what?", "why", etc etc.
    5. Each time he asked me his questions, I kept asking him for the manager. He then said he's the manager. I then said, "YOU'RE THE MANAGER!?" Well, because I was in absolute disbelief. Then I asked for the corporate office phone number. He refused to give it to me. He then asked his questions again and kept refusing to give it to me. Then... you guessed it... just like any unprofessional employee would on a phone with a paying customer... he hung up on me! Again!
    Now...
Due to this man's demonstration/performance and due to the position he holds, It makes me a tad bit worried that maybe the Peter Piper Pizza establishment really doesn't care about their customers and doesn't care about how their staff performs on the clock. I hope I'm not wasting my time here, but I do want to add something.
I own and operate a public recording studio, I also own and operate S46P where we provide printing services (shirts, mugs, graphics, etc) and I'm also a freelance photographer/videographer.
I average approx. 20 clients a week that physically come to my location and wait for services or assist me with collaboration work. An average 2-3 of MY clients go to this location 2-4 times every other day. They spend maybe $20-$50 each visit. There's 2-4 of them every other day, but let's just say 6 of my clients go once a week which equates to $300 if they spend $50 each visit, right?
Now, I know that $300 isn't going to make or break you and that's fantastic because I love to see businesses win. Unfortunately, I am going to absolutely make sure none of my clients, family, and friends ever go to this location again.
Now, let's see the picture in a tad bit fuller frame.
    $300 x 4 (weeks in a month) = $1,200.
Now that multiplied by 12 months = $14,400.
Keep in mind, we're excluding the extra revenue you score off of us for tokens, birthday parties, and tips. $14,400 is truly a bad guesstimate.
I think that manager needs to be retrained and reminded that this one simple little miniscule tiny phone call tonight that I placed for a large pepperoni pizza... has just costed your well established pizza place $15,000. But hey, he did say have a nice day somewhere in that nasty phone call. I guess it makes it alright. Maybe he can cover the 15k and that's why he treated me like that?
I guess I will never know.
If you'd like to call/text me, please feel free to do so.
Thanks for your time PPP. My Dominos pizza order should be ready now.

  5. We were at your location on E Baseline in Mesa and there was a man in there with a dog. A Bichon frise. He was feeding it pizza. GROSS. We told the manager and the man said it was a service dog. I don't know what service it performed and it didn't have a coat that even said service dog. I am not going to eat there anymore. We usually eat there at least once a month with a group. I am allergic to dogs plus dogs DO NOT belong in an eating establishment. Have pictures so email me diannew67yahoo.com

  6. At store#225 Williams Field and Gilbert I'd be worried with giving them any info over the phone as they don't seem to care about the company's security, passing out company info through group messaging with people in it that don't belong or want to be in it, what would they do with info that's not from their employer.

  7. Just saw you commercial, mom tell dad that their son was sent home from school for bitting a another student, and all the dad says he it sounds like he needs peter piper pizza, really reward a child for assaulting another child. What kind of message is that sending. Bullies need consequences not rewards.

  10. I find your ad about the family coming home to find a burglar in their house and giving him a friendly greeting is very offensive and degrading. Have you considered how this might seem to anyone who has had a burglar or house invasion and perhaps even a murder in their home? It is no laughing matter! Surely you n think of more constructive advertising than this to sell your food!,

  12. On June 2 I was at the Irvington Peter Piper in Tucson. There was a man with a hand gun on his belt. When I said something to the manager he said he was taking care of it. It took him several minutes to get him out. Mostly what looked like he was in no hurry. This manager put many customers and children in what could be harms way. Not to mention breaking Az laws. It is posted on the front NO FIREARMS. I will definately point this out on facebook for all to see.

  13. The manager Rita at the Peter Piper Pizza in Corpus Christi is actually one of the worst managers I've ever seen I was being attacked by two other mothers and then she turned around and asked me to leave instead of the two mothers that not only followed me to my table but then proceeded to threaten to whip my ass the management there needs to be changed immediately and I will be following up on this

  14. Peter Piper Pizza Parlor located in the East Valley on Baseline Road & East US 60 .
this location is unfortunately a place I will think twice before ever visiting again. Also this is my first time ever to write review however feel the need to let Corporate Office be aware of how some local Franchise's are being operated. This location not enough employees working for a Sunday afternoon!First the main menu is placed far from the ordering station I and my grandchildren were directed too as we were unable to see prices! I ordered 3 small pizza's & 1 small cinnamon pizza, plus 1 medium drink & 2 small drinks.I decided to purchase $50.00 worth of tokens. My bill was $94.00! Shocking! Noticed long line of people behind me so after "Simple" questioning of why my bill so high I was told very RUDELY that I should of ordered child size or something to that affect!Shocking,I though Small was child size?! I suggested that it would have been helpful if she had told me they offered a smaller size. Paid my bill. Approx 45 minutes later ( After sharing some of our coins with some other children who seemed to just be wandering around with their hands out( Curious about that?) I decided to go and purchase another $50.00 worth of tokens.I WAS UNABLE TOO! Why...just one cashier, long line & one other worker ignoring me telling me wait for the cashier( there were were two registers!Looked for anyone then noticed two employees talking to folks Re: Parties! Peter Piper Franchise or corporate if you are reading these comments I personally want you to know this was the not a good experience! Oh yes and concerned by the fact unlike Chuckie Cheese's, there is no one at the door to help safeguard any of the forlorn children running around! Oh and by the way not to forget to mention the fact of others taking our pizza's off our table while we were playing a games and staff not caring at all very poorly run Location.

  20. Hello, I am in Waco Texas and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE your pizza. In fact, I sometimes tolerate the crappy service that I receive from ordering over the phone to picking it up. I have encountered issues for the past year, and it often discourages me from going there. But as I stated, this is my most favorite pizza in all of Waco and surrounding areas. When I tried to call in an order, today, for example, I was greeted and I stated that i wanted to place an order and was immediately placed on hold with no on picking up for 5 minutes. I called back, same girl answered giggling and said "Yeah?" I said "I am trying to place an order" and she laughed even harder. I asked what was so funny and then said never mind, because I did not want to spend my lunch time getting in an argument. I called back and asked a different lady who the manager was and she said "Ummm...Don" I asked for his last name and she said "I don't know it, but theres only one Don here" and hung up. NORMALLY I at least make it past the ordering stage but NOT TODAY!!! But when I go to pick it up, I normally have to wave to get attention, even though they had just taken another persons order. A couple of weeks ago, I waited in line, the cashier actually WALKED AWAY after taking the persons order in front of me and giving them their drinks and tokens. A man who was taking pizza out of the oven saw and asked if she took my order and I said "NOPE" and he called her back to the counter. This is the first time I have complained so I am not sure why I get this treatment EVERY TIME I visit your store. But I would like for someone to pay attention to this and perhaps speak to the manager there. Thankyou so much

  24. Today i had my daughter's 7th birthday party in Brownsville Texas. As I was setting up for my party, the manager approaches me VERY rudely telling me I can't put rapped snack on the tables for my guests. I wasnt aware that we could no longer do this and I said ok. She came back not even 5 minutes later demanding me to pick up the snacks from the table cause customers were complaining. Really?? As I looked at the other parties going on around me they had snacks and why wasn't they told something? My party was suppose to start at 130pm and it was 5 minutes until 2pm and my party hostess still hadn't shown up at this point. I proceeded to tell the manager where was my hostess? Instead of worrying about the wrapped snacks I had out, where was my hostess who was al.oat 30 minutes late on helping me out?? But yet they are in such a hurry to clear your tables on time. Y'all need to fix this location, first by starting with management . This lady was rude and unprofessional. And the food, yeah it took forever to come to our tables. The hostess would bring 1 pizza at a time. Like come on! Get it together. I will no longer have parties at this location. Worst attitude all around at this location.

  27. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Peter Piper Pizza on Lee Trevino in El Paso Texas. As I entered the store there were approximately 25 to 30 people total within the store. There were two women with their children standing in front of me in line who were ignored for a period of before the manager Eddie got one of his employees to take their order. Once the young man was finished I moved up ready to place my order with my two kids for the buffet. The young man walked away as the manager Eddie was standing they're assisting another customer. I stood there for an extended. Of time without even so much as being acknowledged by any other employee or the manager who was present during the entire time. I finally turned around and left the store. I do not appreciate being ignored especially when I'm there for my children.

  29. I live in San Antonio TX and my girls absolutely love Peter Piper, however, it saddens me that when the buffet times are over all the left over pizza is trashed. There are so many families with kids even homeless people without food. As of right now there are even some schools that are under construction and can not give kids hot meals. There are so many useful situations in which this food can be donated and not just thrown out. This was just 1 location so imagine all of your locations.

  30. Hi I live in San Antonio , first I have to admit me and all my family and in laws and friends and our baseball team been coming to Peter Piper's at the 803 Pleasanton Rd Sa ,Tx 78221location for many many years , and have 3 birthday parties every year there for kiddos and grandkids dinner and lunch buffets , and after baseball games , at least once every other week or so ,and we have spent over 300 to 400 in each birthday parties and no to mention tokkens for all kiddos , we drop 50 to 100's dollars every visit . So we spend a couple Grand easy every year there and never had any problems tell our past two visits , so todays visit has me so angry and so very embarrassed and be belittled in front of hundreds of people and in front of birthday parties happing. well two weeks ago I went to Peter pippers for dinner with my hubby and kids we order 2 lg pizzas and drinks and salads , and when it was served to us ,we family set to eat but both pizzas burnt on bottom sides . So I talk to manager and she gave Us a business card saying we can reedem 2 lrg pizzas on next visit an went home with burnt pizza kiddos or grandkids ate it . Waste , so here today we went to eat dinner With kiddo and play games , you know family fun .well in middle of our dinner , a lady walked up with a constable officer , ACCUSED US OF THEIFT OF MONEY FROM THE CASHIER GIRL, well being packed as heck at the time on saturday well during the ordering we presented card to redeem pizza and we ordered salad and drinks as usal , she hands me back 20 when I was paying for salads and drinks , mind u pizza was free on the reedemed card for that visit. Well during the fustration of thinking why salad and drinks were not charged and I had hubby tray with salad and $20 in hand , and out of fustration of lack of communication I asked a cashier for my change , and she gave m a $20 and I thought nothing of the it , you know how I gets kiddos wanting tokkens and asking questions while ordering and others ordering at Same time, so I never put two and two together ,and realized it , an her is a officer and angerly demanding $20 , threating to handcup me and take me to jail for THEIFT , I never had been embarrassed like that before , people were getting up moving and staring behind my family , they were very unprofessional the way the manager and officer handled it . They were loud and rude and was talking loudly that we we're "SCAMMERS" I WAS LIKE REALLY , OTHER people there were saying how rude and unprofessional on how they handled that , and me hubby came out pocket $20 to save my butt from something that was obviously cashier's fault and resposability to make sure she doesn't pay out.this so could of been handled professionally , let me mind you hundreds of people and birthday parties were happing , .my friends and family in laws and players and coaches from our baseball team fefuse to go back to Peter Piper's since this crazy insadent , we all spend way to much money there to be disrespected and humiluated by staff and law enforcement how this constable officer Maldanado or something with a M , was totally not professional and my son is a shierff himself , disagrees on the handling of this manner , they could have called me a officer and asked and said it's on Camera , and shows as a inocenti accident., But no they humiluated me in front of my son and husband and friends and family. I hope to hear back from CORPORATE ASAP , THIS IS NOT PROFESSIONAL OF YOUR STAFF you can reach me at Anamarie.diamond74@gmail.com
