    Sold me a malfunctioned phone and refused to replace it! Charged me for a monthly plan i didnt want or sign up for! Charged me for featurs i didnt know i had and that i didnt want! Cold customer service! Not satiafied at all! Im out $120 dollars and stuck with a broken phone and nothing to show for it! I cant help but feel scammed an hustled. Im a singl mom and have alot on my plate as it is and you made it worse. I need my phone to do my job so thanks to the broken phone you sold me im nable to work until i get another phone and i spent what little money i had with your company only to get screwed. And you lockes my number so im stuck i cant even try and make ends meet and get a deal with another company...this is the worst mobile phone service ive ever had in my life! You guys are a bunch of crooks!

    1. Something went wrong with my new phone and they didn't give me a new phone back they gave me a refurbished one. So how do we know that when we think we're getting a new phone it is probably a refurbished phone. And it is worse than my new phone I wished I would of kept my new phone!!!!. Sorry for your losses income.

  3. I'm a satisfied customer so far (4yrs)Last yr.however was a nightmare.For 1 full year,I was unable to use the same debit card to pay the ph bill via phone or on line. Therefore, I had to pay in Metro store and charged $3.00 using my same debit card.Customer service says my card is blocked...so we notified my bank and of course there's no block.My bank told Metro PCS it's an issue with their system.So far I still can't pay my bill on line or by phone. That's right I'm still paying a $3.00 fee in store with the exact debit card! To this day,the problem has NOT been resolved. I would not recommend this ph company #rippingmeoff.

I have had alot of problems with my phone lately being a customer for years i feel i have had the urge to call the customer service center in texas and today i have experienced that those who work there are very helpful but lately i have been experiencing very bad customer service from a sales representative who keeps hanging up on me when im explaining my problem i am currently occur with in conversations for 20 or more minutes i have found out that it has been a waste of time and upsetting to be treated differently by those who do not take the time to do there job and not let me explain my techincal problem i am having with my phone i am most likely going to be switching services for being emotionally drained from this experience in having to get in contact with metropcs customer service thankyou guys for treating me good and attending me for many years

We are making a complaint towards MetroPCS in Pueblo Colorado at the store number app for eagleridge a gentleman has stolen our card or debit card and went in and made a purchase of the phone and equivalents of $161 you've been in there with the police report we've been in there every other ways possible and as a matter of fact and managers claims that she is the one who claims that the gentleman had a ID that's not the debit cards that was paid with and I know for a fact that's a lot for the fact that my husband haven't had an ID in quite a few years so the refused to give me my money back they refused to even help me I want to make a major complaint towards the store manager of the name is Stacy off of eagleridge I would like to have her badge number and maybe even possible dismissal of job she is a bad boss bad employee of your guys's and I think she's going to make your business a lot less

We are not satisfied with this business we have been a customer of MetroPCS for the last two-and-a-half 3 years and the the service that we have gotten from this store has been outrageously ridiculous e absurd we would like to have somebody contact us for the fact of the matter of a refund of our money a refund and a possible reconnect on our old service and maybe even some more troy l latka is my name

  8. I was contacted by a cell phone dealer in the name of their metro pcs in copration company. Knowing that your company is genuine, I sent the money to the bank account he claimed. No cell phone available yet. Nothing could be done with it. So I ask them to acknowledge my situation and solve my problem.

  10. 5 out of 5 stars for Kayla's customer service. I spoke with Kayla 706263 a great review. She was helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak with. Excellent communication skills and great/excellent customer service. i wanted to make sure she gets the credit she deserves. The survey at one point was stuck on a question and did allow me to finish as I would have liked. She was extremely helpful and attentive. I really hope she gets promoted cause cares about doing her job. Metropcs is very blessed to have such an excellent employee as Kayla. I was going crazy trying to link Metropcs Amazon Prime with my Amazon account. Thank you so much for the excellent service that has been provided. Issue has been resolved. Thank you thank you thank you.

Let me start to begin with I live in Ennis Texas I have had Metro for a total of 7 years on an exception at 7 months I went to a different company and found out that Metro was supposedly a better company well let me tell y'all something and the last two years I paid a bill of $106 a month for all unlimited access to everything I have called in every month since then not one time a month but several and I mean several times within a month to get what I paid for I have not yet got what I paid for and I still do not get what I pay for I am asking to get what I paid for and then they wonder why I get mad at them they have troubleshooted my phone so many times I myself have troubleshooted my phone so many times they shot signals to the towers so many times that is going to freeze my phone then they tell me when my phone has not even been declared 2 months old yet did I need to take it into the store that's what they said on my other phones and each and every time I go and buy phones I buy more expensive phones thank you my stupidity that my internet service might work better it's not my internet service it's the internet service provider if anybody's in agreements with this and would like to stand behind me I'm fixing to sue these people and if you're in agreement please call me at 972-674-6373 looking forward to hearing your call

  12. I am upset. If you ask for a supervisor or a manager, you are told that there is no one available! I talked with a guy from the Philippines who was rude and even yelled at me. what happened to customer service??? I called the store and they told me to call customer service. I did.. and guess what? I got the same guy in the Philippines who was rude again!
